Returns
Items will only be sent in perfect condition, if your package arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for an exchange or refund. If you are unhappy with purchase please get in touch to see how we can assist.
Product Information
All the products are made in the UK, except the wooden trays which are from Sweden and made from sustainable forests. Many of them items are hand finished, this does mean that no two items will be identical and they may differ slightly to the image viewed on the website, but we are sure that you will be pleased with your items when they arrive!
Prints & Frames
The prints are hand finished signed, limited edition of 100 and presented in 'antique white' mount. They are printed on GF Smith 270 gram accent natural paper and framed in a dark grey box frame with outside measurement 30 by 35 cm, 12 by 14 incs. The frames are light and very easy to hang with a hook on the back that you bend down. The prints are available either framed or mounted.
The mini frames which are not edition prints, but hand finished and titled in pencil. They are 18 x 23 cm, 7 x 9 ins with a stand on the back. You can also hang them on the wall from a hook on the back.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT.
Ordering
When you place your order we must receive payment in full before the order can be accepted. This represents an offer from you to purchase the goods and we will indicate our acceptance via email confirmation. Items can be paid for using Paypal or a credit/debit card, if you would like to pay by cheque please send your order with the cheque by post. Once payment has been received we aim to dispatched your order within 3-5 days.
